Anything has to be fit for the purpose it was sold and clearly this is NOT. Hopefully you have a record of all the send backs and the amount of time you was without the system etc whilst waiting for the system to be fixed and sent back........get all your paper work in order and write a letter keep a copy and send it recorded delivery, giving them 14 days to respond. tell them that you feel that they have had a reasonable amount of time to actually fix the dang thing and as such with the recurring error either return your money in full OR send a complete new system.
